R+ Rewards are only for the member. Memberships cannot be shared. This is a member only program and the rewards cannot be transferred to friends, family, or children in any manner. Each member must schedule their free monthly treatment or this treatment will be waived.
Membership can be paid in full or automatically deducted from your account each month. Your R+ Rewards membership begins on the first day of each month. The membership fee is deducted from your checking or savings institution automatically if you chose the monthly plan. R+ Rewards also renew the first day of each month.
Membership pricing may not be combined with any other promotional offers. 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments; per our cancellation policy. You may be charged a fee if you cancel your appointment without ample notice.
R+ Rewards membership is a 12-month term. R+ Rewards membership is automatically renewed at the end of each enrollment year. Termination of membership prior to the end of the contract will result in a $200 cancellation fee.
If funds are insufficient, you are responsible for any fees charged to R+ Med Spa. If this happens two or more times during the contract year, you will be removed from R+ Rewards and no longer allowed to participate for the foreseeable future.
Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. R+ Rewards benefits will not change during the contract year. Upon renewal, R+ Rewards benefits are subject to change.
